Buffalo Chicken Meatballs

If you love buffalo wings, you’ll love these easy, mess-free Buffalo Chicken Meatballs. They’re easy to make, include simple ingredients, and can be ready in 30 minutes. They’re great for a quick weeknight dinner when you’re in a hurry yet flavorful enough to wow your family. Legendary Foods Buffalo Blue Wing Seasoned Almonds are used instead of breadcrumbs to bind the ingredients and hold the meatballs together.   1. Preheat oven to 400. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
