Ketologic Keto Crisps Herb Focaccia Bread

It’s January and we want to start the new year off with comforting and hearty meals that still align with our goals. So we created this delicious herb focaccia bread using the Ketologic cheddar Keto Crisps for the perfect bit of crunch! This focaccia bread is a comforting addition to a bowl of soup or salad, or you can pile it up with toppings to turn it into a flatbread! And did we mention it’s a breeze to make? January meal planning is no match for you!


  1. Preheat oven to 400℉
  2. Combine all dry dough ingredients together in a bowl
  3. Beat eggs together and pour into dry ingredients
  4. Add olive oil and mix together until a dough forms
  5. Press dough together into a ball and transfer to a sheet of parchment paper
  6. Lay another sheet of parchment paper on top of dough and roll out to roughly 11×9
  7. Transfer parchment paper with dough onto a baking sheet
  8. Use your fingertips to create small divots in top of dough
  9. Use food processor (or hands) to crush Ketologic cheddar Keto Crisps into crumbs
  10. Sprinkle Keto Crisps on top of dough, along with chopped thyme, rosemary, and parsley
  11. Drizzle olive oil over dough and sprinkle with flaky sea salt
  12. Bake for 10 minutes, or until golden brown
  13. Let cool for 10 minutes. Cut into pieces and serve warm

½ tsp salt

½ tsp baking soda

2 tsp active dry yeast

2 eggs

Topping Ingredients:

2 Tbsp thyme, chopped

1 Tbsp rosemary, chopped

1 ½ Tbsp parsley, chopped
