We have a special treat for you this October: Keto Mummy Hot Dogs! This spoooooky (but also super cute) snack will motivate you to stay on track this Halloween. Featuring Pork King Good’s Ranch Pork Rinds, these Mummy Hot Dogs promise to keep you – and your kids! – more full and satisfied than any chips or candy! As a bonus, they’ll inspire you to sing “Monster Mash” and put on your fave Halloween costume. Your wasitline won’t have a chance to say, “Boo!”


  1. Preheat the oven to 350.
  2. Melt the mozzarella cheese and cream cheese in a glass bowl in the microwave or in a frying pan over low heat. It should be completely melted and look like fondue before proceeding. 
  3. Add the melted cheese, almond flour, pork rinds, egg, and baking powder to a food processor. Mix until the dough comes together into a ball. Alternatively, you can mix by hand but may need to knead the dough to thoroughly incorporate the ingredients. 
  4. Press the dough into a large rectangle between two sheets of parchment paper and cut thin strips with a pizza cutter.
  5.  Wrap the strips around the hot dogs and place on a parchment-lined baking sheet. 
  6. Bake for 25 minutes or until the dough is golden brown. 
  7. Optional, use a toothpick to put little dots of mustard onto your mummy dogs for their eyes.
