Ross Chocolate Fall Fudge

Fall is in full swing and the holiday season is upon us! Before we know it, our offices, schools, and homes will be filled with sweet treats; and us Keto’ers don’t have to miss out on the fun! We used these decadent milk chocolate squares from Ross Chocolates to whip up a delicious and ridiculously easy fudge recipe. Make it with your kids, give it as a gift, or keep it for a chocolatey escape after a busy day! Indulge and stay on track. Not today, holiday cravings!


  1. Add chocolate and butter to a medium sized bowl and microwave in thirty second increments to melt, stirring in between
  2. Once chocolate and butter mixture is fully melted and combined, add powdered erythritol, heavy cream, and cocoa powder. Whisk together until completely smooth
  3. Line an 8×8 baking pan with parchment paper
  4. Pour fudge mixture into prepared pan and let set in fridge for at least 4 hours
  5. Once fudge is fully set, use parchment paper to lift it out of pan
  6. Cut into pieces or use cookie cutters to cut into designs
