When we first tasted these Crazy Go Nuts garlic parmesan walnuts, we knew we wanted to use them to create an outside the box recipe! Loving wings is practically a Keto requirement, so we used these super flavorful walnuts as the breading for some mouth watering garlic parmesan wings! Perfect for a family dinner or a snack while watching football, these wings are sure to delight the crowd!
Steps
- Cut chicken wings into wings and drummettes if not already cut
- Grind garlic parmesan walnuts into crumbs using a blender or food processor
- Add salt, cayenne pepper, and black pepper to walnuts and mix
- Dredge chicken wings into walnut mixture until fully coated
Stove Top/Oven cooking method
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees
- Pour avocado or coconut oil into a deep pot, high enough to cover wings. Heat oil to 350 degrees
- Fry wings until golden brown, about 5 minutes
- Transfer wings to a foil lined baking sheet and bake in oven at 350 degrees for 15 minutes, or until internal temperature reaches 165 degrees
Air fryer cooking method

Bake in air fryer at 350 degrees for 13-15 minutes, or until internal temperature reaches 165 degrees
