  • After a hot summer day spent by the pool, running around in the heat, or just chauffeuring your family from activity to activity; nothing hits the spot like a popsicle! These refreshing keto cheesecake popsicles will satisfy your sweet tooth while keeping your carb count in check. And the best part — you and your family can have fun choosing yummy add-ins to customize each delicious pop! We decided to use KetoKrate snacks to experiment with lots of fun options: the Legendary Foods blueberry Tasty Pastry, the Chipmonk Baking peanut butter cookie, High Key snickerdoodle cookies, ChocZero Cookie Butter, Snack House Foods berry cheesecake puffs, and some fresh strawberries.     Six ramekins of popsicle mix, each topped with a different mix-in of fruit or keto treats


    1. Add cream cheese, erythritol, vanilla, lemon juice, cream, and macadamia nut milk together and whip using a mixer or a blender until fully combined and smooth
    2. Stir in add-ins of your choice (optional) and pour into popsicle molds
    3. Put in freezer and let freeze overnight
