  • We couldn’t let this month go by without creating a fun and festive dessert! St. Patrick’s Day is usually associated with drinking, but we think the holiday deserves a celebratory dessert, too. Enter these delicious lime bars! This is the perfect fresh and bright dessert for spring. And it’s so easy to make, you’ll think you’ve found a pot of (recipe) gold! So go ahead and have one with your pint (we won’t judge!)

    1. Line an 8x8 pan with parchment paper and spray with oil to grease
    2. Mix all crust ingredients in a medium bowl until dough forms
    3. Transfer crust to prepared pan and press down on bottom of pan with a spoon or your hands
    4. Bake at 350 degrees for 10-12 minutes, or until golden brown


    1. While crust is baking, add all filling ingredients to medium bowl and whisk until fully combined
    2. Pour into baked crust and bake at 350 degrees for 20-22 minutes, until mostly set (will still be slightly jiggly in the center)
    3. Allow to cool in pan completely on a wire rack
    4. Once cooled, lift out of pan with parchment paper and cut
    5. Store in fridge
